RiverDog Studio

RiverDog Studio is a dog grooming studio and shop at 16 Eton Street in Richmond upon Thames, run by two groomers who met while working for the same company in 2018. Its website says the studio opens six days a week and describes it as cosy, next to the river.

The approach is unhurried: the studio says there is no queuing, no rush and no waiting in cages, and that dogs get a slow introduction to noisy equipment. Services include ultrasonic teeth cleaning, a facial and paw pads treatment and a charcoal and keratin coat treatment. Prices depend on size, coat type, coat condition, the service and the dog's behaviour, with a quote after an initial consultation. The team also offers free advice on keeping a dog healthy, and owners can pop into the shop for a chat.

The venue records staff who welcome dogs. Its terms ask that dogs are up to date on vaccinations and that dogs with fleas are not accepted. Richmond station is a 4 minute walk away, with North Sheen (15 minutes) and St Margarets (18 minutes) further out.
