Grow is an independent canalside cafe, bar, kitchen and grassroots music venue on the River Lea at Main Yard, Wallis Road, in Hackney Wick. Its website says it has been serving the area since 2014 and was repurposed from a canalside factory and built by artists.

Space includes a garden terrace, a greenhouse, a mezzanine and a warehouse room. The kitchen serves brunch, lunch and evening plates inspired by Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and British flavours. Drinks cover organic wines, craft beers, cocktails and low or no-alcohol options. Live music, DJs and community events run alongside the food. Grow says it runs on solar and green energy and pays the London Living Wage.

Hackney Wick station is a 2 minute walk away. Stratford International is about 12 minutes on foot and Homerton about 14.
