The Mayhew Vet Clinic is the community vet clinic run by the animal welfare charity Mayhew, on Ponsard Road in Kensal Green, north-west London. It is not a general practice. It provides free preventative veterinary interventions, namely neutering, microchipping, and flea and worm treatment, for pet owners who otherwise cannot afford them and live in one of five boroughs: Ealing, Brent, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster.

Owners have to self-declare that they meet the eligibility criteria, be legally responsible for the animal and be over 18. The clinic says it cannot provide other emergency or routine veterinary care, so pets need to be registered with a private vet or another charity as well. Appointments are by booking, and registered pets can buy parasite control from the clinic.

The clinic also hosts fourth-year students from the University of Surrey School of Veterinary Medicine for surgical training, is accredited under the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme and holds Cat Friendly Clinic status.

For dog owners, neutering appointments are available to all eligible dog and cat owners.
