The Dove, Hammersmith

Dog-friendly Fuller's pub on Hammersmith's scenic Upper Mall.

The Dove is a Fuller's pub at 19 Upper Mall in Hammersmith, right on the River Thames and a few minutes' walk from Hammersmith Bridge, towards Chiswick. It sits in the Upper Mall alley, and the pub has a riverside terrace as well as a fire inside.

A public house has stood on the site since the seventeenth century, and Fuller's has owned it since 1796. The pub says a small room to the right of the bar entered the Guinness Book of World Records as the smallest bar room in the world, and a brass plaque marks the height of the great flood of 1928. The bar offers real ales, fine wines and food, with a menu of refined pub classics, and craft beers alongside cask ales.

The nearest stations are Ravenscourt Park (5 minutes on foot) and Hammersmith (9 minutes), and pay-and-display parking is available on nearby streets.
