The Sheephaven Bay

Camden's welcoming pub with hearty food, ample space, and live sports.

The Sheephaven Bay is an Irish pub at 2 Mornington Street in Camden Town. It has two bars, three separate seating areas and 14 plasma TV screens showing sport, plus a conservatory that leads onto the beer garden.

Each room has its own character. One is filled with signed sport memorabilia, including football shirts, scarves and F1 items, and has a darts board. The largest keeps a traditional Irish feel, with couches, a fireplace and views of the pub's gin and malt whiskey collections. A 25 square metre function room leads only to the beer garden and can hold around 40 people. The pub serves traditional English home cooking, and veggie dishes are available, although it does not serve vegan dishes. Guinness is a point of pride.

For dog owners, the pub invites customers to bring their dogs along and describes itself as a very dog friendly place, with a #DogsOfSheephaven hashtag. The bar and the garden both have wheelchair access.

Mornington Crescent station is a three-minute walk, with Camden Town about seven minutes and Camden Road about ten.
