Plaquemine Lock is a Louisiana gastropub at 139 Graham Street in Islington, N1. It stands on Regent's Canal, a four-minute walk from Angel station, with Essex Road and Old Street stations a longer walk away.

The menu blends Cajun and Creole classics with British produce, and the pub describes the setting as laid-back and music-filled. Weekend brunch includes fried chicken, pancakes, fresh baked cornbread, pain perdu with brandy and pecans, Eggs Sardou with artichoke, spinach, cornbread and hollandaise, and shrimp and okra gumbo. Live music plays every weekend, from Zydeco to swampy blues to foot-stomping funk. Private dining is also offered, which it says usually starts with a cocktail and builds with communal oyster shucking.
